Coach information
What certification does the club require from your coaches?
Our coaches are a group of dedicated parents, college players and other professionals that have played and coached throughout their life. Each of our coaches needs to be a member of USA Lacrosse and must complete the Bronze level certification. This certification includes a background check, abuse prevention, cardiac and concussion protocol, as well as cultural competency and a test of the rules of the game.
We also require our coaches to sign and adhere to a code of conduct agreement.
Coaches are the teachers of the game and the keepers of the sport's tradition. They introduce the game to new players, help develop the skills of all participants, and along the way, seek to instill a lifelong passion for lacrosse.
